📋 Description

• Deliver expertise in process analysis, organizational evaluation, governance, and enhancements in operations.

• Analyze existing workflows, roles, decision-making authorities, organizational interactions, and governance frameworks that support Court Security Officers and security systems operations.

• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, ambiguous responsibilities, and areas for standardization or modernization.

• Create models depicting both current and future processes.

• Assess various organizational and governance options.

• Outline practical enhancements to accountability, coordination, and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with security, workforce, and analytical subject matter experts to ensure recommendations align with operational needs, stakeholder dependencies, and implementation limitations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Required to undergo and successfully complete a background investigation.

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance evaluation, and operational enhancement within complex organizational settings.

• Demonstrated capability to evaluate workflows, roles, decision-making authorities, organizational interactions, and governance frameworks.

• Strong experience in developing both current-state and future-state process models.

• Proven experience in evaluating organizational and governance options.

• Experience working collaboratively with security, workforce, and analytical subject matter experts.

• Ability to generate clear, actionable, and sustainable recommendations.

• Previous experience in Federal Court protection is preferred.

• Previous experience in State or County Court protection is preferred.
