Senior PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with liberal Russian-speaking and international media, primarily based outside of Russia.

• Prepare comments and background materials for editorial teams and public relations partners.

• Draft and disseminate press releases, contributed articles, and various PR materials.

• Generate placements, identify compelling story angles, and convert product context into newsworthy elements.

• Monitor the news landscape and respond promptly to pertinent events.

• Organize PR initiatives and ensure clear reporting is maintained.

• Assess existing relationships and pinpoint areas where new connections should be cultivated.

• Enhance share of voice while avoiding unnecessary reputational risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Russian and English (B2+ level).

• Over 4 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or editorial special projects.

• Demonstrated publication record with tangible case studies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to quickly prepare comments in response to a live news agenda.

• Solid understanding of how media outlets determine what to publish.

• Existing relationships with journalists or editors are preferred.

• Relevant experience with digital products is preferred.

• Experience in developing PR strategies for digital products is preferred.
