πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support the initiatives and operational needs of the Department of the Interior.

β€’ Build and tailor enterprise Model-Driven Applications utilizing Microsoft Dataverse.

β€’ Create Dataverse tables, establish relationships, define security roles, formulate business rules, design forms and views, and implement business process flows along with data-quality controls.

β€’ Develop and maintain secure external-facing interfaces using Microsoft Power Pages.

β€’ Generate Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, and visual representations.

β€’ Construct Power Automate cloud flows for submissions, document routing, notifications, approvals, compliance activities, and various business processes.

β€’ Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, REST APIs, and other approved external systems.

β€’ Execute application lifecycle management, source control, solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, and deployment pipelines.

β€’ Work collaboratively with product owners, business analysts, architects, and users to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

β€’ Engage in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, peer reviews, demonstrations, testing, and release tasks.

β€’ Diagnose defects, enhance application and report performance, and deliver production support.

β€’ Develop solution designs, configuration documentation, technical procedures, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.

β€’ Adhere to federal security, privacy, records-management, accessibility, and governance standards.

β€’ Mentor fellow team members, advocate for reusable patterns, and contribute to the standards and development practices of the Power Platform.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of professional experience in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

β€’ More than 3 years of experience in building enterprise Model-Driven Applications and designing solutions on Microsoft Dataverse.

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in developing and supporting Power Pages sites.

β€’ Over 3 years of experience in creating Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and data visualizations.

β€’ Practical experience with Power Automate cloud flows, business process automation, and integration patterns.

β€’ Experience in integrating Power Platform applications with REST APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.

β€’ Familiarity with solution-aware development, managed solutions, environment strategies, source control, and automated deployment processes.

β€’ Experience working within Agile delivery teams and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

β€’ Background in supporting a federal client, public-sector program, or other regulated environments.

β€’ Technical proficiency with Model-Driven Applications, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Pages, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based security, Power Platform ALM and governance, Git-based source control, CI/CD practices, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration troubleshooting.

β€’ Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may apply, which could include a background investigation lasting up to 10 years and/or US Citizenship (clearable).

β€’ Preferred certifications include PL-400, PL-200, PL-300, PL-600, AZ-204, AZ-104, CompTIA Security+, and Scrum/SAFe certifications.

β€’ Preferred experience encompasses support for federal civilian agencies, compliance or case-management solutions, secure Power Pages portals, Dataverse security and migration, Power BI DAX and Power Query, Azure services, Microsoft federal cloud environments, Section 508 compliance, C#/.NET, and secure software development practices.
