This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute both quantitative and qualitative policy analyses, encompassing coverage, reimbursement, regulatory, and legislative research.
• Oversee assigned projects by creating workplans, monitoring timelines, coordinating resources, and assisting with budget management.
• Aid client engagements by compiling analyses, creating materials, and delivering presentations.
• Engage in client meetings to review findings and their implications.
• Convert analytical results into concise summaries and actionable insights.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates while contributing to the overall quality standards.
• Research, analyze, curate, and present significant federal and state healthcare policy matters that impact client business objectives.
• Make daily decisions regarding clients and project deliverables with moderate to high autonomy.
• Provide project-level direction and coordination to ensure timely delivery.
• Proven experience modeling the impacts of legislation and regulations on pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Recent and pertinent experience in legislative, regulatory, and/or government policy contexts.
• Practical experience with healthcare policy analysis, monitoring, or stakeholder engagement.
• Comprehensive understanding of drug pricing challenges, including the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) negotiation policies and Most Favored Nation (MFN) proposals.
• An advanced degree is preferred (MPH, MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) in health policy, public policy, health economics, healthcare management, public health, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a background in consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel-based quantitative modeling is required.
• Preference for candidates who can develop interactive Excel-based tools to facilitate client decision-making.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States at the time of hire; ADVI does not provide employment sponsorships.
