Senior Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain developer portals along with self-service infrastructure.

• Provision and oversee cloud resources utilizing Terraform or Crossplane.

• Develop, enhance, and standardize automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Administer microservices and container deployments through Docker and Kubernetes.

• Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing solutions to guarantee system availability.

• Integrate secure-by-design principles, role-based access control, and automated compliance checks into the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform or Crossplane.

• Skilled in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Argo CD.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Experience in implementing logging, monitoring, and tracing solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

• Understanding of secure-by-design principles, role-based access control (RBAC), and automated compliance checks.
