Senior Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on establishing a robust technical foundation within the ServiceNow Platform.

• Create solutions that achieve customer objectives.

• Oversee instance strategy, technical governance, core data management, integrations, and platform health.

• Advise ServiceNow, partner, and customer engagement teams on long-term architectural solutions.

• Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams throughout the sales, structuring, and implementation phases.

• Offer architectural guidance across various engagements and workflows.

• Cultivate relationships with customer CoEI and business leaders.

• Convert transformation objectives into actionable customer roadmaps.

• Transform business insights and technical specifications into architectural designs.

• Position ServiceNow as the standard platform for the customer's digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee technical governance and the delivery operating models.

• Minimize technical debt and uphold instance health in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.

• Assist sales efforts by defining the scope and estimating engagements and change orders.

• Contribute expertise and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving processes.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a professional services (SaaS) environment, or equivalent education and experience.

• Background in management consulting.

• Demonstrated success in navigating complex issues through analysis and resolution.

• Expertise in specific industry domains.

• Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.

• Familiarity with cloud application technologies.

• Eligibility to work in Denmark.

• Proficient in both Danish and English.
