This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Develop long-term strategic routing plans for branches within the designated region.
• Assess the efficiency of plans, availability of resources, and optimization of territory plans.
• Collaborate with Region Directors and Branch Leadership to guarantee the accuracy of data and reporting.
• Generate effective monthly, weekly, and daily routing plans utilizing route analysis software.
• Create, ensure quality, implement, and modify route plans for all regional routes supported.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer data.
• Work in conjunction with Planning Specialists and Schedulers to ensure timely and accurate task execution.
• Coordinate with branches on plan and territory modifications to enhance route efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate setup of territories and planning inputs.
• Utilize revenue plans and targets to guarantee adequate work is scheduled for branches.
• Ensure branches have enough work assigned to meet or surpass financial objectives.
• Oversee new branch openings, relocations, splits, and closures.
• Plan special services, such as TC Bait Conversions, new product line launches, and pilot programs.
• Collaborate with Planning & Scheduling leadership, regional and branch leaders, contact center staff, technicians, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, and/or government regulations.
• Preferred knowledge of the company’s branch departments, mission, territory structure, and advanced planning.
• Advanced proficiency in routing and scheduling software systems.
• In-depth understanding of the company’s branch service department, resources, territory structure, recurring service planning, and schedule availability for unplanned demand.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the company’s operating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Effective interaction skills with co-workers and the public.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong motivation, work ethic, personal accountability, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Highest standards of integrity and the ability to foster trusting relationships.
• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a dispatcher and/or customer service role.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
• Capability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions, including typing.
• Spoken and written communication skills adequate for exchanging and receiving detailed information.
• Close visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks, data analysis, computer use, and reading.
