Senior Planning Associate – Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert established priorities into actionable plans with designated owners, specific deliverables, and deadlines.

• Arrange project meetings, document key decisions, and track any pending actions.

• Manage schedules, milestone trackers, and issue logs effectively.

• Recognize dependencies, assess delays, and escalate issues that require management intervention.

• Facilitate communication and follow-up among Hanwha affiliates, internal teams, and external partners.

• Integrate team contributions into annual business plans and financial budgets.

• Monitor progress and expenditures against approved plans while clarifying any discrepancies.

• Create presentations and project updates that outline progress, budgets, risks, upcoming steps, and necessary decisions.

• Keep track of approval schedules and submission checklists; compile supporting materials and monitor outstanding contributions.

• Oversee document requests, data-room updates, and due diligence timelines in collaboration with development, finance, and legal teams.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as directed by management.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business planning, consulting, or a comparable role.

• Proven experience in coordinating tasks across multiple teams and ensuring deliverables are completed.

• Excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to manage conflicting deadlines.

• Proficient in simplifying complex information into concise written summaries, presentations, and actionable plans.

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data and conduct basic financial analysis.
