Senior Planning Analyst, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead cost or schedule management at the project level with autonomy.

• Create forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and perform risk assessments.

• Assist with earned value management, change control, and scenario analysis.

• Play a vital role in client meetings as a key contributor.

• Evaluate work produced by junior team members.

• Aid in the creation of project controls plans and procedures.

• Function as the main technical contributor for assigned projects.

• Facilitate client communication and provide mentorship to junior staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management specialist on capital projects, encompassing design, construction, and testing phases.

• Proven experience collaborating within complex, matrixed teams.

• Proficiency in utilizing cost and schedule management software.

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors is essential: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
