Senior Planning Analyst, Project Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative in managing project-level costs or schedules independently.

• Create forecasts, conduct variance analyses, and perform risk assessments.

• Assist with earned value management, change control, and scenario evaluations.

• Act as a vital contributor during client meetings.

• Evaluate and provide feedback on work products created by junior team members.

• Aid in the formulation of project controls plans and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management specialist on capital projects, encompassing design, construction, and testing phases.

• Proven experience collaborating in teams within a complex, matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing cost and schedule management software.

• Required experience in one or more of the following sectors: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.

• Must demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
