Senior Placement Executive – Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Placement Manager in overseeing daily operations and team development.

• Aid in analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

• Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and ensure proper placement.

• Employ Caffeine software to monitor and prioritize opportunities.

• Establish and nurture relationships with insurance carriers.

• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of business submissions to carriers.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Placement Executives and Associates.

• Help in assessing carrier performance and delivering feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker.

• A current P&C Producer License is required.

• Previous experience with Epic or another Agency Management System is preferred.

• Experience in property and casualty insurance is preferred.

• Highly adept at utilizing various technologies in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
