Senior Pitch Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize workload in relation to the enterprise pursuit pipeline, effectively identifying and communicating conflicting deadlines or resource requirements.

• Create comprehensive pitch decks for assigned pursuits, encompassing the opening narrative through the appendix and supplementary materials, utilizing content approved by the Growth Lead.

• Provide tailored branding and design guidelines when necessary.

• Transform audit findings, media plans, and performance data into clear, on-brand visual representations.

• Develop motion and video assets for pitches, including sizzle reels, animated case studies, transitions, and short-form videos.

• Compile case studies, credentials, and team slides from the existing library.

• Format RFP and RFI written responses in both Word and Google Docs, inclusive of tables, exhibits, and cover treatments.

• Produce supplementary assets like leave-behind PDFs, one-pagers, capability sheets, proposal covers, and concept and activation mock-ups.

• Deliver presenter-ready files in formats such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video, while testing them in the presentation environment.

• Assist in rehearsals and live pitches, integrating last-minute changes.

• Develop and maintain the master pitch template, slide library, and reusable component system, documenting it for non-designers.

• Archive finalized delivered files, source files, linked assets, and fonts upon completion of each pursuit.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Enablement, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders on strategies related to revenue technology ecosystem, architecture, governance, and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of design experience, with a significant part focused on presentation, pitch, or new business design.

• Background within a performance marketing, media, or creative agency.

• A portfolio that showcases designed decks and pitch materials, preferably including work that contributed to winning business.

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including mastery of layouts and animations.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

• Video editing and motion graphics proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, or similar tools, capable of independently cutting and completing pitch videos.

• Strong talent in data visualization.

• Comfort in working from strategic and analytical inputs.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to operate under deadline pressure, including tight pitch timeframes.

• Exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to take direction from senior stakeholders.

• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as deadlines approach.

• Familiarity with the technical aspects of digital and print production deliverables.

• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship; applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Understanding of RFP and RFI processes and proposal software.

• Experience in building or maintaining a brand or presentation design system.

• Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools.

• Basic copy editing skills.

• Good instincts for sound design and music selection in video projects.
