Senior Pharmacy Financial & Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a connection point between Finance, Analytics, IT, and Pharmacy.

• Grasp the data content and the business logic that drives data transformation for reporting purposes.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the data and systems utilized both internally and externally within the Pharmacy Department.

• Collaborate across various business lines and engage with stakeholders from multiple teams.

• Collect requirements and conduct thorough analysis.

• Assist in the development and testing of processes.

• Comprehend and document applications, data, and relevant technologies pertaining to the Pharmacy Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Database Management is REQUIRED.

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis is REQUIRED.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Managed Care is REQUIRED.

• Experience in Pharmacy and PBM is REQUIRED.

• Proficiency in SQL (Intermediate–Advanced); preference for candidates who can write queries from scratch.

• Familiarity with datasets, including an understanding of table relationships, joins, and data flow across systems is preferred.

• Experience with Databricks; background in data engineering or big data platforms is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting are preferred.

• Capability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and troubleshoot using available resources is preferred.

• Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm ET, Monday through Friday; Central Time if applicable.
