Junior Data Analyst – AI, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish the core of the AI-driven FP&A reporting system on GCP, incorporating BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Google Workspace.

• Transition current reports and dashboards from Looker Studio and Google Sheets to the updated solution.

• Create and execute data pipelines utilizing BigQuery, Sheets, and files from regional teams, ensuring validation and error handling.

• Develop AI agents and workflows that produce reports, commentary, and variance analyses.

• Streamline recurring tasks using SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script.

• Document the architecture, processes, and workflows for future maintainability.

• Maintain data quality, consistency, and security, including access controls and handling of confidential data within AI tools.

• Provide support for ad hoc analyses for the finance team and the broader business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with data is required (internship, side project, or university project is acceptable).

• Proficient in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY; knowledge of window functions is advantageous).

• Basic skills in Python and/or Apps Script/JavaScript, along with a willingness to produce high-quality code.

• Practical interest in GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, or similar); personal projects or coursework are valid experiences.

• Regular use of AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for coding and analysis, with a critical evaluation of their results.

• Recognize the necessity of verifying financial data at all times.

• Possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to find solutions.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Minimum English proficiency of B2.
