Senior Pharmacist Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee all clinical components of home infusion pharmacy business case formulation for partner health systems

• Direct the planning for implementation and provide continuous operational support

• Offer clinical validation and assist in the analysis of data assumptions utilized in creating home infusion business strategies

• Create best practice policies and procedures, including clinical medication guidelines for both existing and new specialty infused products

• Evaluate, suggest, and execute seamless referral workflows to home infusion

• Establish standardized documentation, informatics tools, and facilitate two-way communication between referring clinic personnel and Home Infusion

• Propose initial staffing models and operational hours based on economic volume metrics

• Advise and support the implementation of business operations and workflows

• Involve partner health system clinic stakeholders in the development of the business plan

• Act as the primary clinical liaison for each partner health system

• Travel across the country as needed, up to 15%

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Required)

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience (Required)

• Licensed Pharmacist

• Strong communication skills

• Proficient in critical thinking

• Skilled in interpersonal communication

• Excellent organizational skills

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management (Preferred)

• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed, up to 15%

• Ineligible for J-1 waiver
