This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Develop and implement the analytical, intelligence, and research strategy for Evernorth Pharmacy Solutions.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and assess strategic opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
β’ Lead evaluations of programs, research on outcomes, and initiatives for evidence generation.
β’ Create insights on drug trends, forecasting models, analyses of therapeutic pipelines, and intelligence on emerging markets.
β’ Collaborate with leaders in business, clinical, product, technology, actuarial, finance, and operations.
β’ Quantify opportunities, assess concepts and vendor solutions, establish success metrics, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
β’ Direct advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence initiatives.
β’ Enhance personalized experiences and intelligent decision-support systems through predictive models, recommendation engines, next-best-action strategies, AI-driven content, and intelligent agents.
β’ Integrate intelligence into business operations, products, and customer experiences.
β’ Produce and manage research publications, conference presentations, white papers, thought leadership content, and market insights.
β’ Build, lead, and mentor a high-achieving analytics, data science, and research team.
β’ Establish best practices in forecasting, causal inference, real-world evidence generation, experimentation, AI governance, and responsible analytics deployment.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ An advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Health Services Research, Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy analytics, health services research, consulting, or related fields.
β’ Strong comprehension of healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical trends, and health services markets.
β’ Proficient analytical, technical, research, and business acumen.
β’ Experience in applying advanced analytics, forecasting, statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or similar quantitative methods.
β’ Familiarity with program evaluation, causal inference, real-world evidence, experimentation, and outcomes measurement is preferred.
β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to convert complex business questions into pragmatic analytic solutions.
β’ Proven track record of shaping business strategy and executive decision-making through data, analytics, and evidence-based insights.
β’ Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management expertise.
β’ Capability to handle ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
β’ Experience in leading high-performing analytics, data science, or research teams within intricate, matrixed organizations.
β’ Proven experience in building organizational capabilities, developing talent, and encouraging innovation and continuous learning.
β’ Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
β’ Demonstrated thought leadership through research, industry presentations, publications, market insights, or other external contributions is preferred.
β’ For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is necessary.
