Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and provide support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.x platform.

• Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance PeopleCode.

• Utilize Application Packages and Component Interfaces.

• Collaborate with Application Designer, Application Engine, and Data Mover.

• Implement and utilize web services and integrations via Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs, and additional technologies.

• Create complex SQL queries and enhance performance.

• Engage with the Global Payroll for Brazil and Core HCM modules.

• Tailor and sustain business rules in alignment with Brazil’s Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).

• Develop and maintain eSocial events, tables, and compliance transmission processes.

• Create and support payroll routines, including 13th-month salary, vacation, terminations, and monthly payroll closing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and supporting the PeopleSoft HCM 9.x platform.

• Advanced skills in PeopleCode, encompassing development, debugging, code optimization, Application Packages, and Component Interfaces.

• Strong proficiency in Application Designer, Application Engine, and Data Mover.

• Experience with Integration Broker for implementing and utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and other integrations.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.

• Profound understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll data model.

• Extensive technical and functional expertise in the Global Payroll for Brazil and Core HCM (Personnel Administration) modules.

• Experience in customizing and maintaining business rules in compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT).

• Familiarity with the technical and functional requirements of eSocial.

• Experience in developing and supporting payroll routines, encompassing 13th-month salary, vacation, terminations, and monthly payroll closing.

• Experience in developing and customizing solutions using the Fluid User Interface.

• Proficient in PeopleSoft reporting tools: SQR, BI Publisher, and Query Manager.

• Knowledge of or experience with other PeopleSoft HCM modules, such as Time and Labor or Absence Management.

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance processes and performance.
