Senior Pega Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Agile project methodology.

• Facilitate client meetings to support the development process in an Agile environment.

• Analyze and comprehend client business goals and requirements.

• Create client solutions leveraging the Pega Platform while adhering to specified timelines.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and demonstrate applications effectively.

• Collect and assess client feedback.

• Suggest and implement enhancements.

• Collaborate and manage development team members throughout the sprint lifecycle.

• Mentor and nurture junior consultants within the team.

• Offer expertise in a professional and collaborative workplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; backgrounds in engineering and technical fields are advantageous.

• At least 3 years of software development experience with the Pega Platform.

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (SSA) certification required.

• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or others.

• Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Proven consulting skills, including requirements gathering and analysis.

• Ability to mentor and coach team members.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and effective time-management skills.

• Self-driven with a robust work ethic.
