Senior Pedagogical Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that contracts with educational institutions are effectively executed and that clients experience a positive and ongoing engagement with the teaching system provided.

• Oversee the Pedagogical Performance sector, managing a team of around 10 individuals, which includes consultants, coordinators, and pedagogical advisors.

• Enhance team development by organizing continuous training programs to synchronize knowledge and information.

• Guarantee the implementation and monitoring of the teaching system in schools post-commercial closure.

• Serve as a pedagogical account executive, offering support and ongoing follow-up for schools facing pedagogical challenges.

• Engage in the design of departmental processes and routines following the merger.

• Drive the team to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and minimize churn rates.

• Assist in cross-selling and up-selling products and solutions to partner schools.

• Actively participate with the team in the field, maintaining availability for frequent travel to seek new business opportunities, expand market share, and promote services and products to retain clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with teaching systems, particularly in structuring and managing pedagogical teams.

• A hands-on approach complemented by a strong strategic vision and the capability to develop and implement processes from the ground up.

• Ability to lead a team that directly collaborates with schools, ensuring the quality of delivery, support, and ongoing follow-up.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in managing indicators/KPIs.

• A desire for long-term growth, aligned with the objectives of Multitude and the Bernoulli group.

• Exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills in a multidisciplinary and rapidly evolving environment.

• Experience with targets related to NPS, churn, and annual revenue from renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.

• Familiarity with current legislation (LDB).

• Knowledge of normative instructions and teaching guidelines, such as BNCC.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
