Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of both residential and commercial properties.

• Address tenant communications, concerns, and lease agreements promptly.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and services.

• Oversee rent collection, billing, property expenses, and reporting.

• Support budgeting efforts.

• Aid in the preparation of leases and the processes of move-ins and move-outs.

• Manage property management software, documentation, and tenant databases.

• Generate reports on occupancy, maintenance, expenses, and overall property performance.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards across all properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a property management position.

• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.

• Capability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience in coordinating with various departments, vendors, and external partners.

• At least a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• A minimum of 4.00 GB of computer memory/RAM.

• Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating system is required; Linux, Unix, or other operating systems are not acceptable.

• Internet connection speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections.

• A noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port is necessary.

• A webcam with a minimum resolution of 3 megapixels and capable of 720p recording is required.
