Senior PCB Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop printed circuit boards that meet or surpass mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing standards

• Allocate resources effectively and proactively inform stakeholders about ongoing progress to fulfill customer delivery timelines

• Independently and innovatively manage and lead complex, schedule-driven projects

• Engage daily through web communication with clients and design team members

• Detect and address project challenges

• Log hours and project activities on a daily basis using the proprietary online project management tool

• Assess quality objectives

• Foster the growth of existing business by advocating on behalf of customers

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred, or at least 12 years of experience in Design Layout

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of PCB Layout techniques and processes

• Capability to meet mechanical, electrical (RF and Mixed Signal), and manufacturing specifications

• Proficient in one or more of Siemens Xpedition, Cadence Allegro, and Altium

• Solid understanding of applicable IPC standards

• Enthusiasm for design, quality, and ongoing learning
