
Senior Partner Sales Manager – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement Tines’ national strategy for Federal partners.
• Develop the national SLED partner strategy and enhance execution through regional Channel team members.
• Create and implement business plans involving resellers, distributors, systems integrators, services partners, and technology alliance partners.
• Assume commercial responsibility for the partner-driven pipeline, revenue, opportunity progression, and account results.
• Collaborate with Public Sector account executives and sales engineers on opportunities led by partners.
• Coordinate efforts among Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Services, Alliances, Sales Operations, and partners focused on priority accounts and programs.
• Leverage partner intelligence, relationships, contract vehicles, services, and technology alliances to enhance priority opportunities.
• Establish a regular routine of partner engagement, field activities, enablement, measurement, and follow-up.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, business development, or Public Sector sales, or an equivalent level of commercial ownership experience.
• Extensive experience managing partner or channel sales initiatives involving Federal civilian, Department of Defense, or intelligence community entities.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue through partners.
• Experience in building or scaling a partner strategy for an emerging technology company or startup.
• In-depth knowledge of the Federal partner ecosystem, which includes resellers, distributors, systems integrators, services partners, and technology alliance partners.
• Experience in developing strategic partner business plans and navigating Federal procurement, contract vehicles, and partner-led routes to market.
• Capability to position a technical platform and lead complex cross-functional projects without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a high volume of activities.
• Willingness to meet travel requirements, including frequent in-person engagement in the Washington, DC area.
• Experience across various Federal segments, SLED partner sales, FedRAMP, regulated Public Sector procurement, Salesforce, or cloud and enterprise software will contribute to your success.
