This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.
• Oversee E.D. accounts to ensure performance and profitability.
• Anticipate and proactively respond to customer needs.
• Discover growth opportunities within accounts through effective product placement and promotional strategies.
• Implement pricing adjustments related to product categories and agreed-upon price change parameters.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to assess sales, trends, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze monthly customer reports, including Fill Rate Reports and Shipments & Tracking against quarterly or annual rebate goals.
• Generate and issue quotations aligned with desired company outcomes.
• Supervise Manufacturer’s Representatives within the designated territory, focusing on budgeting, sales performance versus plans, pricing strategies, customer events, and contractor engagement.
• Organize and engage in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and customer gatherings.
• Conduct plant tours for customers at Cerrowire to highlight the company's capabilities, personnel, value, and culture.
• Coordinate and communicate with Technical Sales and Innovation team members to support the company's contractor-facing strategy.
• Build and sustain customer relationships that foster strong communication, information exchange, and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Proficient in advanced computer applications (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Access / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint / Windows / Word / PowerBI or similar reporting tools).
• Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel (both internally and externally).
• This position will be remote.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Electrical Distribution sector is required.
• Display trust and integrity, uphold high ethical standards, and possess interpersonal competence to prevent, reduce, and resolve conflicts.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills: decision-making, analytical, team-building, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% within, and occasionally outside, the assigned territory.
• Ideally located in CST or EST for convenient travel to locations in the East Territory.
