
Senior Partner Relations Liaison – CMS Healthcare Fraud Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee relationships within a portfolio of Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) members and the Trusted Third Party (TTP).
• Initiate and sustain regular, consistent communication with all HFPP Partners.
• Ensure that assigned Partners comprehend and utilize the benefits of HFPP membership.
• Gather Partner feedback and relay it to TTP and HFPP leadership.
• Involve Partners in discussions regarding HFPP analytics.
• Aid with partner onboarding processes, including completing data sharing agreements.
• Assist with inputting data into the TTP Data Warehouse.
• Provide support for both HFPP and non-HFPP events.
• Assist CMS in efforts to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse in healthcare data.
• Work collaboratively as part of a 50-member team supporting the Trusted Third Party.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare investigations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the capability to present to management-level personnel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
• Knowledge and skills related to healthcare claims and investigations.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Dedication to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism.
• Ability to independently resolve issues.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in handling complex projects with general oversight and minimal guidance.
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to meet objectives both independently and within team settings.
