• Generate monthly sales through proactive outbound cold calling or lead generation efforts.
• Achieve and surpass all assigned sales targets.
• Provide digital assistance to customers via Chat to facilitate transactions through the web portal interface.
• Oversee customer engagement through lead generation, pipeline management, and effective communication strategies.
• Offer testing and feedback to support the rollout of new products.
• Highly organized.
• Capable of quickly learning and adapting to changes.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation (video) communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Ability to manage a longer sales cycle.
• Experience in funnel management.
• Preferred experience in fiber and advanced voice technologies.
• Strong preference for CRM pipeline management experience.
• Mobile sales experience is a plus.
