Senior ORO Labs Developer – Technical, Functional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure and improve the intake forms, approval workflows, routing rules, and business logic for ORO Labs.

• Oversee platform configurations, integrations, security roles, and technical advancements.

• Diagnose workflow, data mapping, access, and integration challenges.

• Work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other teams to gather business requirements.

• Assist with integrations involving ERP, CLM, and other enterprise systems.

• Engage in SIT/UAT, deployments, production support, and problem resolution.

• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Facilitate the transition of technical ownership from an existing vendor.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• Required hands-on experience with ORO Labs.

• Familiarity with procurement intake and orchestration workflows.

• Knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow configurations.

• Understanding of supplier onboarding, procurement, and contract workflows.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with ORO Labs is different from OroCommerce, OroCRM, and OroPlatform; familiarity with those technologies alone does not meet the qualification criteria.
