Senior Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer stakeholder objectives and envision success.

• Assist clients in aligning their operations with Oracle's premier industry practices.

• Contribute to project timelines and deliver consistent updates.

• Collaborate with customers to design and develop Oracle Cloud prototypes, articulating options and the rationale behind decisions.

• Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions effectively.

• Log Oracle service requests and ensure their resolution.

• Provide support to clients utilizing Oracle SCM Cloud, addressing break-fix issues, optimization needs, and ongoing business adaptations.

• Identify potential risks, assess alternatives, and recommend as well as implement solutions.

• Mentor and lead both customer and ArcLight project team members.

• Achieve or surpass scheduling and quality commitments.

• Enhance ArcLight's delivery model and resources.

• Broaden expertise in Oracle Cloud, sales and delivery methods, software industry trends, customer sectors, and Oracle modules/features.

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials.

• Obtain and maintain Oracle Implementation certifications.

• Travel up to 25% for client on-site requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, encompassing Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Demand Management, and/or Supply Planning.

• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, VCP, S&OP, and/or manufacturing business processes.

• Functional experience in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud with direct interactions with customers.

• Experience in facilitating global design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud in accordance with Oracle best practices, identifying application deficiencies, completing functional designs, offering process guidance and training, creating and executing testing plans, hypercare, and/or post-production optimization.

• Capability to provide implementation support, deliver complex ideas clearly and succinctly, execute bug fixes and customer support tasks, and communicate process/application trade-offs and recommendations.

• Willingness and ability to thrive in a creative problem-solving environment with meticulous attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Management, Information Systems, or a related area, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to effectively operate in a remote environment with clients and colleagues.

• Oracle certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain Planning.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Applicants must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for necessary business purposes.
