Senior Oracle Consultant, FFS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer objectives, needs, expectations, and difficulties

• Evaluate situations and data to tailor or create business and technical Cloud solutions

• Guarantee the overall quality of delivery and team compliance with established practices and procedures

• Offer exceptional and innovative solution leadership on Oracle Field Service Cloud projects

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify optimal solutions

• Align Oracle Cloud applications with client objectives and challenges using industry best practices

• Create and present presentations and demonstrations

• Clearly present and explain product features and advantages

• Configure and test Oracle Cloud solutions

• Leverage Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Integration, and web technologies to provide solutions

• Collaborate with Sales Teams on business development opportunities and expansions

• Conduct complex analysis and track performance implications through intricate data and scenarios

• Prepare documentation covering implemented solutions, integration, and migration strategies

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support business solutions within Oracle Field Service Cloud environments

• Pursue ongoing education, including training and certification exams

• Participate in internal projects and support colleagues on various projects

• May provide training to technical staff, conduct interviews, assign responsibilities, oversee project workflows, and perform performance evaluations

• Execute other assigned duties

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required

• Familiarity/Experience with REST / SOAP APIs

• Proficient in testing OFS APIs using API platforms such as Postman or SoapUI

• Experience integrating OFS with custom applications

• Basic knowledge of Middleware / Web Services

• Experience with the OFS Mobile Plug-in Framework is advantageous

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud is advantageous

• Comprehensive understanding of information technology processes and practices

• Strong grasp of Field Service principles and planning

• Proficient in, or able to quickly gain proficiency in, general and specialized applications, software, and hardware

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Full-time availability during Apex IT business hours and, when necessary, outside of business hours

• Capability to work remotely or on-site at a client location
