This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more states.
• Conduct research on vendors and create comparison memos that include recommendations and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners, overseeing follow-ups, applications, and verification requirements.
• Manage domain and DNS records, including verifications and handovers, in collaboration with the registrar and development team.
• Oversee developer accounts, business registrations, and verification processes for the two leading app stores.
• Organize email marketing flow structure and segmentation for welcome, abandoned-cart, and price-drop journeys.
• Handle administration of contracts, hiring processes, and brand asset management.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on member-facing builds and assist with site testing.
• Provide a structured written end-of-day report every working day, with claims supported by links or screenshots.
• Map the vendor landscape and take charge of active follow-up threads during the first 30 days.
• Produce vendor comparison memos that inform decisions and take responsibility for domain, app-store, and email-platform administration.
• Identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, initiate necessary next steps, and confirm through external communication.
• Primarily work in Asana with clear ownership and deadlines while attending a weekly Thursday video operations meeting.
• Escalate issues that require leadership attention while managing and reporting on other operational tasks independently.
• Minimum of 4 years in operations, project coordination, or executive operations within a startup or lean organization.
• Strong proficiency in written English.
• Must be fully available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Central European Time, including a one-hour lunch break.
• Adherence to a written-first discipline with the ability to make progress without waiting for meetings.
• Evidence habit: all deliverables must be substantiated by a link, screenshot, or confirmation.
• Capability to track outstanding items until externally confirmed and to close communication loops effectively.
• Discretion in handling vendor terms, pricing strategies, and pre-launch plans.
• Experience in the travel industry or online travel agencies is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, including flows, segments, and deliverability fundamentals, is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of DNS and domain management is advantageous.
• Experience with app store developer account administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with product launch processes is a benefit.
• Ability to submit a cover letter starting with “Tailwind.”
• CV should preferably be in PDF format.
• A two-minute maximum, one-take, unedited video with the camera on, covering specified topics is required.
• Shortlisted candidates must sign an NDA prior to in-depth interviews.
• The final candidate will need to complete identity verification before onboarding.
• Fixed monthly retainer ranging from USD 850 to 1,000.
• Discretionary performance bonuses.
