Senior Operations Manager, Business Systems & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily performance, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the operational systems ecosystem, which includes NetSuite, middleware, WMS, and interconnected platforms.

• Ensure that integrations and data flows function reliably across systems and support comprehensive business processes.

• Investigate issues, resolve exceptions, coordinate solutions, and lead root-cause analyses for integration failures, data discrepancies, and process breakdowns.

• Oversee operational workflows across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, B2B, and international channels from order placement through inventory allocation, fulfillment, and financial reconciliation.

• Manage the operational setup and maintenance of items and SKUs in NetSuite and associated systems.

• Assist with product launches, SKU transitions, product lifecycle changes, and workflows related to out-of-stock and end-of-life scenarios.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, fulfillment providers, and 3PLs to ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies and reconciliation issues.

• Support EDI workflows and troubleshoot issues related to order transmission, inventory synchronization, fulfillment, and transactions.

• Lead the setup and readiness of systems for new sales channels, warehouse openings, fulfillment partners, and international markets.

• Assess and integrate MRP and planning tools to automate workflows and enhance purchasing and inventory planning.

• Monitor the health of systems, integration performance, data quality, recurring exceptions, and operational risk.

• Create reports, documentation, master data standards, workflow designs, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead or coordinate UAT, implementation planning, release validation, and change management processes.

• Communicate system changes, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, e-commerce, or systems integrations.

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, encompassing item creation, inventory management, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, and related operational workflows.

• Proven experience managing integrations and data flows across ERP systems, middleware, e-commerce platforms, WMS, and other interconnected business applications.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, inventory management, fulfillment, purchasing, and financial reconciliation processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in translating business requirements into system configurations, integration enhancements, and scalable operational workflows.

• Background in supporting system implementations, product launches, or operational expansion across sales channels, warehouses, or markets.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the capability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with middleware or integration platforms such as Pipe17, Celigo, or similar tools, including ETL processes and data mapping.

• Knowledge of EDI, retail and wholesale requirements, and operational workflows that support major retail partners.

• Experience with 3PLs, WMS platforms, multi-warehouse inventory management, and optimization of fulfillment networks.

• Background in supporting international expansion, cross-border fulfillment, and onboarding new warehouse or logistics partners.

• Familiarity with demand planning, MRP, purchasing workflows, and inventory planning systems.

• Experience with financial exception management, inventory reconciliation, and master data governance.

• Knowledge of system implementations, UAT, release management, and best practices in change management.

• Experience in CPG, supplements, wellness, or other consumer product sectors operating across DTC and retail channels.

• Experience in building and documenting processes within a high-growth organization characterized by lean teams and evolving systems.

• Interest in or experience with automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.

• NetSuite certification or other relevant systems certifications.
