This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide advanced technical and operational assistance to enterprise clients utilizing legacy Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes-based infrastructures.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analyses on intricate, multi-tier system defects.
• Address customer inquiries through email and phone communications.
• Facilitate online troubleshooting and investigative sessions within customer production environments.
• Gather and document problem specifics, logs, and diagnostic information.
• Recreate customer-reported issues in controlled test settings.
• Create custom utilities, workarounds, and solutions to address critical challenges and enhance product functionality.
• Implement defect resolutions and verify fixes using automated testing suites.
• Design, construct, and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, configure, and oversee containerized workloads on AWS EKS, including Helm charts, namespaces, pod autoscaling, and rolling deployments.
• Manage Windows Server and Linux infrastructures, encompassing patching, hardening, and performance optimization.
• Facilitate the migration of relevant workloads to Kubernetes.
• Monitor production health, performance, and capacity using CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, or Datadog.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams for performance analysis, functional testing, and release validation.
• Partner with Product Implementation and Development teams on complex challenges and product deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with distributed Product Operations personnel in a virtual environment.
• Offer mentorship and technical direction on legacy administration, containerization, automation, and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure a consistent, responsive, and technically proficient customer experience.
• Fulfill annual performance review and goal-setting responsibilities along with special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in product support or implementation within the healthcare sector.
• 5 years of experience in reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL.
• 5 years of practical experience in developing or supporting applications in one or more of the following: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#, or VB.Net.
• 5 years of experience working with EDI and EDI systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Enrollment Management in the Healthcare domain.
• 5 years of experience with HTML/XML.
• 5 years of experience with coding, including debugging and defect analysis.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Proficient in analyzing complex issues, interpreting data, and making informed decisions.
• Committed to maintaining accuracy and precision in assigned tasks.
• Skilled at identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies, processes, and tools.
