This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various engineering teams that focus on Enrollment, Eligibility Verification, Benefits Access, and Member Activation.
• Develop and implement a long-term technology strategy for enrollment and eligibility platforms.
• Enhance onboarding experiences to optimize enrollment completion and member activation rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Data Science, Client Management, and Strategy teams to refine acquisition funnels and improve onboarding outcomes.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, data quality, compliance, and operational excellence of the platform.
• Set architectural standards that support future growth and adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Lead Senior Managers and engineering teams operating under both onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Maintain project governance, including roadmap execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and communication with executives.
• Mentor engineering leaders, promoting accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Supervise the enrollment and eligibility ecosystems that enable members to enroll, verify their eligibility, and access the appropriate healthcare benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams of 30 or more engineers.
• Experience in developing and scaling registration, enrollment, benefits administration, or healthcare access platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, platform architecture, and high-volume transaction processing.
• Ability to convert business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of project execution rigor and operational excellence.
• Experience in healthcare, payer, health plan, benefits administration, or eligibility ecosystems is preferred.
• Experience with optimizing member acquisition, activation, and onboarding funnels is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare enrollment and eligibility standards is preferred.
• Experience with data-intensive platforms and large-scale integrations is preferred.
• Background in highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Identity and credential verification, interviews, and screening for fraud or misrepresentation are part of the hiring process.
