Survey Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the client/project context and survey requirements

• Schedule and execute error-free surveys promptly

• Independently oversee survey programming projects and workflows

• Offer practical solutions for survey-related challenges

• Provide consistent updates to project teams regarding survey programming and fieldwork

• Program intricate surveys and tailor aesthetics using the Qualtrics survey-building platform

• Investigate and utilize additional features of the Qualtrics platform beyond just survey programming

• Employ other survey programming platforms such as Decipher and ConfirmIT

• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other scripting languages to create missing functionalities

• Conduct post-processing of survey data

• Oversee fieldwork by setting quotas, generating survey URLs, and supplying data downloads

• Collaborate with technologies such as MS Excel and SPSS to deliver project solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of pertinent experience in survey programming, primarily with Qualtrics

• Experience with Decipher and ConfirmIT is a plus

• Proficient in integrating Qualtrics with other tools like Oracle via API and JSON, with the capability to manage such projects independently

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and logical reasoning

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.

• Willingness to work during EST Shift
