This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s diverse product portfolio among healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform members of the healthcare community about the correct usage of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence with high-value target customers by evaluating account and business landscapes.
• Connect account evaluations with a comprehensive understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a wide range of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Develop thorough territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Foster relationships throughout various institutions.
• Gain access to hard-to-reach healthcare providers and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish long-term partnerships with top-priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored approaches, specialized skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, persuade, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to satisfy customer needs and achieve results.
• The territory encompasses, but is not limited to, the Dallas North area.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of pertinent experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or at least 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in prior Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and communicate complex technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficient in utilizing complex digital applications and capable of adapting to Pfizer’s long-term technology initiatives.
• 3-5 years of preferred Oncology sales experience.
• Preferred experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• An Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
