This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s product range among healthcare providers and specialists.
• Inform healthcare community members about the suitable application of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patients’ experiences with Pfizer offerings and improve overall patient care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target clientele.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts or business landscapes with a thorough understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Promote a diverse array of products.
• Create demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate comprehensive territory, account, and customer plans to meet established objectives.
• Sustain relationships across various institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and foster lasting connections with top-priority clients.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, responding with tailored approaches, skills, and appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to address customer needs and achieve results.
• The territory encompasses Philadelphia, Southeast Pennsylvania, and Trenton, New Jersey.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience collaborating with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven record of success and achievements in prior Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Strong capability for learning and the ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Proficiency in using complex digital applications and adaptability to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available for this role, nor will it be in the future.
• Position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred: Background in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
