
Senior Nortridge Loan System Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver both functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform.
• Evaluate business requirements and leverage engineering expertise along with AI-assisted tools to craft efficient and scalable solutions.
• Configure NLS modules, which encompass workflows, personalization, and customized functionality.
• Create and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements utilizing AI-assisted development tools.
• Diagnose system issues by employing data analysis and intelligent tools to pinpoint root causes and facilitate resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute business solutions and enhance processes.
• Engage in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS).
• Proficient development experience in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022 or newer and Microsoft web-based development tools.
• A solid grounding in object-oriented programming.
• Experience with VBScript and JavaScript.
• Understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and comprehension of database structures.
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading technical initiatives and providing end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to articulate technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to enhance productivity, code quality, and solution design.
• Ability to thoughtfully integrate AI into development workflows while upholding strong engineering standards and governance.
