Senior Node.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs tailored for enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.

• Design scalable and secure microservices using Node.js, along with integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Craft modern front-end user experiences utilizing Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Construct CI/CD pipeline tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure aimed at enhancing developer productivity.

• Execute real-time data processing and establish event-driven architectures for sensitive enterprise information.

• Take ownership of significant components within the architecture while delivering production-ready code.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO.

• Manage systems comprehensively and play a vital role in product growth and delivery speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Node.js development within production settings.

• Mastery of asynchronous programming concepts, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime environment.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in production-level codebases.

• Strong proficiency in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and best practices in enterprise API security.

• Demonstrated expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling techniques.

• Skilled in Git workflows, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as CI/CD pipelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and principles of infrastructure-as-code.

• Commitment to a long-term, full-time role.

• Experience with Salesforce development, Vue.js, B2B SaaS, compliance, and DevOps/DevSecOps is highly desirable.
