Senior Node.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance backend services and APIs that drive enterprise-grade SaaS applications.

• Create scalable and secure Node.js microservices and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Develop modern front-end experiences utilizing Vue.js and TypeScript for sophisticated enterprise users.

• Establish CI/CD pipeline tooling, automation frameworks, and infrastructure that enhances developer productivity.

• Execute real-time data processing and event-driven architectures that handle sensitive enterprise data at scale.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO.

• Take ownership of significant components of the architecture and deliver production code utilized by enterprise clients.

• Manage systems end-to-end while contributing to the company's growth and accelerating product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Node.js development within production settings.

• Advanced understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, and the Node.js runtime environment.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in production-level codebases.

• Strong expertise in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and best practices for API security.

• Demonstrated experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization, data modeling, and understanding performance implications of schema decisions at scale.

• Proficient in Git workflows, code review methodologies, automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker), cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and principles of infrastructure-as-code.

• Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations (highly preferred).

• Experience in building or contributing to Salesforce ISV (AppExchange) products (highly preferred).

• Vue.js front-end development experience, especially with Vue 3 Composition API and state management (highly preferred).

• Experience in B2B SaaS companies catering to enterprise customers with strict compliance requirements, such as SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR (highly preferred).

• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains and practices within the Salesforce ecosystem (highly preferred).
