Senior Network Developer – SSR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain network scripts and automation processes (Python, REST APIs, etc.)

• Facilitate the integration of monitoring, ITSM, and security tools

• Engage in the design and documentation of automated networking solutions

• Offer technical support to the team and clients regarding DevNet-related issues

• Collaborate on proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and evaluate new technologies

• Manage code and automation versions using Git, adhering to best practices

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes and technical standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching)

• Proficiency in automation with Python or another scripting language

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration

• Knowledge of Git and code version control systems

• Experience operating in Linux environments and utilizing the command line

• Willingness to work full-time as an independent contractor

• Background with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar technologies

• Understanding of Ansible, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools

• Relevant network certifications (CCNA, DevNet Associate, or equivalent)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking

• Involvement in production network automation projects
