Senior Network Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage ADS tools utilizing GSLB

• Oversee NG Firewall solutions, including Check Point or similar alternatives

• Supervise SDN-based IP networks, such as Cisco ACI and VMware NSX-T

• Operate and maintain NPMD tools

• Set up and support NAC and 802.1x authentication solutions

• Administer and enhance advanced Routing and Switching environments

• Handle LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN networks

• Manage WLAN networks in accordance with 802.11 protocols

• Configure and sustain NAT, VPN, and IPsec solutions

• Administer WAF solutions

• Capture and evaluate network traffic for diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Monitor the health and performance of network infrastructure

• Automate network processes using Ansible, Terraform, Git, JSON, XML, YAML, and REST APIs

• Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and capacity and performance reports

• Collaborate with information security and infrastructure teams to establish network policies and architectures

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with a postgraduate qualification in IT

• Proven experience administering ADS solutions, including GSLB, ideally in large-scale environments

• Background in managing NG Firewall solutions, such as Check Point or equivalent, preferably within large-scale settings

• Familiarity with SDN networks using Cisco ACI, VMware NSX-T, or similar technologies

• Experience with NPMD tools

• Knowledge of multicloud environments and hybrid connectivity

• Understanding of SDN and SD-WAN architectures

• Advanced expertise in Routing and Switching, including dynamic routing protocols

• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks, specifically 802.11 protocols

• Familiarity with network access control, NAC, 802.1x, and NPS

• Understanding of perimeter security, including NG Firewall, WAF, NAT, VPN, and IPsec

• Knowledge of ADS and load-balancing solutions

• Experience in network traffic capture, analysis, and monitoring

• Proficiency in network automation and orchestration using Ansible, Terraform, Git, JSON, XML, YAML, and REST APIs

• Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Perl

• At least one recognized technical certification, such as CCNP Enterprise, Check Point CCSE, F5 Specialist, or higher

• Knowledge of observability and telemetry tools, such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and Cisco DNA Center (desirable)

• Experience with data center migration or modernization projects and transitioning to SDN architectures (desirable)
