Senior Netsuite Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert NetSuite consulting services by leveraging industry knowledge, business analysis, best practices, and a practical approach.

• Facilitate business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions for both new and existing clients, conducted on-site and remotely.

• Assist in leading consulting projects that encompass process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow evaluations.

• Assess, troubleshoot, and address customer inquiries; recognize out-of-scope requests, propose solutions, and manage expectations.

• Execute or oversee data migration activities, which include data cleansing, file manipulation, and file mapping.

• Provide both on-site and web-based training and consulting services to clients.

• Participate in initial Business Requirements Documentation and take charge of a specific process area.

• Maintain process diagrams, documentation, and best practices related to NetSuite configuration.

• Define user acceptance testing scenarios with clients and ensure completion of testing.

• Support clients through change management processes.

• Achieve a master-level understanding of the core NetSuite product.

• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations.

• Develop and implement AI-enabled client solutions that comply with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards as approved by the firm.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques, identifying compliant opportunities in collaboration with firm leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in professional services, including at least 2 years focused on business process analysis and solution design with an emphasis on Accounting and Finance.

• Proven experience leading or participating in 5–10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations or service engagements.

• Background in planning, delegation, providing status updates, conducting functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.

• Experience in coordinating projects or teams, which includes scheduling meetings and preparation.

• Proficiency in capturing essential meeting details, organizing documentation, and preparing summaries.

• Ability to manage multiple schedules, tasks, and expectations with team members.

• Responsive to both internal and external clients, capable of thriving in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

• Experience in leading independent, client-facing engagements that deliver value to clients.

• Familiarity with working within a defined scope of work.

• Capability to build and maintain relationships with team members and clients.

• Must reside in the Philippines.

• Proven ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

• Willingness to learn and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in line with firm policies and client standards.

• CPA qualification is preferred, or actively pursuing CPA designation.

• Preferred certifications include NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant Certification, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Advanced skills in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
