Senior NetSuite Consultant – Manufacturing/WMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead or participate in NetSuite discovery workshops and gather requirements.

• Evaluate manufacturing and warehouse processes to find opportunities for simplification and enhancement.

• Create sustainable NetSuite solutions that balance client needs with standard functionalities.

• Configure NetSuite and assist technical teams with integrations and customizations.

• Develop functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and test scenarios.

• Conduct solution walkthroughs for both business and technical stakeholders.

• Provide support for SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, developers, and consultants.

• Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and scope considerations.

• Mentor and offer practical guidance to junior consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in delivering NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.

• Practical experience in NetSuite manufacturing, including processes, requirements gathering, and solution design.

• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite WMS and warehouse operations.

• Ability to convert business requirements into NetSuite solutions, covering configuration, process design, functional specifications, and recommendations regarding standard functionality versus customization.

• Customer-facing experience in areas such as discovery, workshops, solution walkthroughs, issue resolution, and decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience throughout the NetSuite implementation lifecycle: discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.

• Strong analytical skills and root-cause analysis capabilities.

• Ability to create functional documentation, solution designs, process flows, test scenarios, and project deliverables.

• Over 5 years of relevant NetSuite consulting experience or equivalent senior-level experience.

• Recent hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation.

• Proven manufacturing experience within NetSuite.

• Demonstrable experience with NetSuite WMS.

• Strong customer-facing skills and experience in facilitating workshops.

• Experience in owning functional solution design and configuration.

• Based in Australia and available for full-time contract work.

• Familiarity with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Manufacturing/Work Orders, BOMs, routings, planning, production processes, and inventory is advantageous.

• Understanding of field service workflows, FSM mobile experience, service assets, parts/consumables, time, expenses, service billing, and their connections to NetSuite ERP, inventory, and financial processes is beneficial.
