Senior NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth reviews of business processes to identify client challenges, operational deficiencies, and establish project parameters.

• Convert business needs into detailed functional design documentation.

• Assess client workflows and suggest best-practice NetSuite processes.

• Design and configure NetSuite modules, encompassing Financials, Inventory, and CRM.

• Create custom fields, records, and basic workflows.

• Partner with development teams on intricate technical customizations and integrations.

• Supervise end-to-end implementation processes while managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Lead the rollout of both core and industry-specific modules while transitioning from legacy systems.

• Mitigate project risks and relay progress updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

• Formulate and implement User Acceptance Testing plans.

• Develop training materials and facilitate practical training sessions.

• Promote user adoption of new systems and processes.

• Collaborate with the founding team to develop, document, and enhance internal delivery methodologies.

• Generate reusable templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures.

• Contribute to the internal knowledge repository.

• Provide system optimization and support for new features post-deployment.

• Cultivate relationships with client leadership and identify opportunities for future growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

• 4-5 years of comprehensive end-to-end implementation experience in NetSuite (including at least 10+ new implementations).

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing NetSuite implementation projects from inception to completion.

• Solid understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including core modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, etc.) and industry-specific modules.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the proficiency to identify and devise solutions for complex business issues.

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.

• Robust project management skills, capable of effectively managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• NetSuite-specific certifications are considered advantageous.

• A Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is regarded as a plus.
