This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop a reusable application platform utilizing shared components and standardized development patterns

• Transition current business functionalities while ensuring functional equivalence

• Comprehend and document intricate business rules, data, and interdependencies

• Integrate the new solution with enterprise systems and facilitate data migration

• Provide incremental releases backed by automated testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release stabilization

• Work on modernizing a business-critical enterprise platform for an international rail transportation and asset-leasing firm

• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and domain experts within an international Scrum delivery framework

• Engage in bi-weekly sprints, refinement, planning, and review meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery

• Must be located in the European Union region and possess a work permit

• Experience in applying GenAI in a more structured manner throughout the SDLC, including established workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations that are part of daily operations (preferred)

• A keen interest in and knowledge of emerging AI-driven methodologies (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), along with a readiness to explore and experiment beyond conventional methods (preferred)
