
Senior Native Mobile Developer – iOS, Android

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, enhance, and sustain native iOS and Android applications utilizing Swift and Kotlin.
• Provide dependable mobile experiences for a substantial and engaged user base in production.
• Implement and uphold mobile security features, which encompass device and application integrity checks, secure credential storage, biometric authentication, and certificate pinning.
• Develop and refine location-based functionalities taking advantage of iOS and Android geo-fencing capabilities.
• Troubleshoot production issues to enhance application performance, stability, and security.
• Participate in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, code reviews, and release planning.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Technology and fellow mobile developers.
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions during regular team meetings.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing directly to implementation without over-reliance on AI-generated solutions.
• Provide support for applications throughout their entire lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Over 6 years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Strong practical experience with native Swift for iOS and native Kotlin for Android.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping and maintaining production applications with large active user bases.
• Hands-on experience in mobile security technologies including:
• - Apple App Attest and DeviceCheck
• - Google Play Integrity API
• - Secure Enclave and Android Keystore
• - Biometric authentication
• - Certificate pinning
• Experience in implementing geo-fencing using CLLocationManager and the Android Geofencing API.
• Comprehensive understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, performance optimization, testing, and release processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills, as the primary working language of the team is English.
• Located in Latin America with availability for significant overlap with Florida business hours.
• Experience in entertainment, media synchronization, accessibility, audio, or location-aware applications is an advantage, though not mandatory.
