This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement compliant educational solutions for the Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager team.

• Assist with Access and Reimbursement Training initiatives.

• Act as a representative for Training and Development and Franchise Strategy within various training programs.

• Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders through consistent engagement.

• Utilize existing Learning & Development platforms and resources to minimize redundancy.

• Offer honest, detailed verbal and written feedback to training participants.

• Tailor coaching and training methods to accommodate individual skill levels.

• Cultivate Guest Trainers and Regional Field Trainers.

• Incorporate training activities into the franchise team's business strategies.

• Lead cross-functional projects and special initiatives within the training division.

• Support the onboarding, growth, and mentorship of other NFTs.

• Operate with minimal guidance from senior leadership.

• Collaborate with Learning and Development, Therapeutic Business Unit, Franchise Marketing, and AbbVie Patient Services leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and utilizing critical learning/teaching tools, such as PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, and iSpring.

• Over 3 years of field experience in the pharmaceutical sector as an Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager, with extensive knowledge of the access and reimbursement landscape, or similar prior training experience.

• Previous experience leading projects with regional or national significance.

• Proven high-performance track record and a solid understanding of factors driving success in a commercial environment.

• Capability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels to forge partnerships and align training with business strategies.

• Ability to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace influences into plans that yield competitive advantages.

• Preferred: Experience working with and utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Preferred: Previous sales, access and reimbursement, or account management experience in oncology.

• Preferred: Knowledge of basic AI principles to enhance training efficiencies and content development.

• Preferred: Understanding of health sciences, market access, and/or account management.
