Senior MS Dynamics 365 Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business processes across various systems

• Establish integration requirements

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams

• Create, document, and assist in system integrations that involve Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Collect requirements and work alongside technical teams on intricate integration projects

• Compose detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria

• Participate in projects where integrations are a fundamental aspect of the solution framework

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as an MS Dynamics Consultant in an Agile setting

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps for managing user stories (not technical hands-on for development)

• Significant experience in designing, documenting, and supporting system integrations related to Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong proficiency in API-based integrations, including RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns

• Demonstrated experience as an Integration Consultant, gathering requirements and collaborating with technical teams on complex integration projects

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge or experience with Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven architecture

• Exceptional skills in crafting complex user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Sales, service, or marketing domains and their business processes

• Proficient in conversational English and Spanish is essential

• Candidates living in Mexico who are foreign nationals must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC

• Must be based in Mexico

• Must hold a visa to work in Mexico
