Senior Motion Designer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design 2D motion graphics and animations for social media platforms, digital advertising, videos, banners, UI components, and interactive experiences.

• Edit videos to integrate animation, sound, music, and visual elements into refined creative outputs.

• Generate motion concepts and transform creative ideas into captivating visual experiences.

• Animate and modify existing creative assets while upholding established brand guidelines and visual coherence.

• Engage in projects from initial concept development and exploration through to final production and delivery.

• Implement motion principles across websites, mobile web, mobile applications, interactive experiences, and various digital environments.

• Address visual and motion-related challenges comprehensively, including adapting creative systems across different formats and platforms.

• Collaborate with designers, creative teams, and stakeholders to enhance ideas and elevate the quality of final outputs.

• Present work effectively, articulating creative and design choices in alignment with the brief and objectives.

• Integrate feedback while preserving the quality and intent of the work.

• Handle multiple deliverables and priorities while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic creative setting.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design practices, tools, and creative methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Motion Design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality 2D motion design and animation across advertising, social media, video, digital campaigns, banners, or related content.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

• In-depth understanding of design principles, animation, timing, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in working with existing creative assets and adapting them for various formats while ensuring visual and brand consistency.

• Proven ability to combine motion, video, sound, and music into cohesive creative outputs.

• Capacity to work independently, make informed creative choices, and execute projects with minimal guidance.

• Strong grasp of how motion and visual design translate across web, mobile web, mobile applications, interactive experiences, and other digital platforms.

• Ability to approach visual challenges holistically and develop scalable motion or design systems as necessary.

• Excellent aesthetic judgment and keen attention to visual details.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.

• Comfortable operating in a collaborative environment and responding constructively to feedback.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Based in LATAM.
