Senior Motion Designer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design 2D motion graphics and animations for social media, digital marketing, video content, banners, UI components, and interactive experiences.

• Edit videos by integrating animation, sound, music, and visual elements into refined creative outputs.

• Generate motion concepts and convert creative ideas into captivating visual experiences.

• Animate and modify existing creative materials while adhering to established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.

• Engage in projects from initial concept and exploration to final production and delivery.

• Implement motion principles across web, mobile web, mobile applications, interactive experiences, and various digital platforms.

• Tackle visual and motion challenges comprehensively, including adapting creative systems for diverse formats and platforms.

• Collaborate with designers, creative teams, and stakeholders to enhance ideas and refine final outputs.

• Clearly present work, articulating creative and design choices in relation to the brief and objectives.

• Effectively incorporate feedback while preserving the quality and intent of the work.

• Handle multiple deliverables and priorities while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic creative setting.

• Keep abreast of evolving practices, tools, and creative strategies in motion design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Motion Design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality 2D motion design and animation across advertising, social media, video, digital campaigns, banners, or similar content.

• Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and the complete Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, animation, timing, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in working with existing creative assets and adapting them for various formats while upholding visual and brand consistency.

• Experience in merging motion, video, sound, and music into cohesive creative outputs.

• Ability to work independently, make sound creative decisions, and execute projects with minimal guidance.

• Strong grasp of how motion and visual design adapt across web, mobile web, mobile applications, interactive experiences, and other digital environments.

• Capability to address visual problems from a holistic perspective and develop scalable motion or design systems when necessary.

• Strong aesthetic judgment and meticulous attention to visual detail.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and responding constructively to feedback.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Based in LATAM.

• Nice to have: Experience in 3D motion design or animation.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with UI/UX animation and prototyping.

• Nice to have: Experience in advertising, creative agencies, or brand settings.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with emerging motion design tools and workflows, including AI-assisted creative tools.
