Senior Modern Workplace Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Intune-related issues.

• Collaborate closely with onshore leads/architects, security, identity, messaging/collaboration, and networking teams.

• Execute scoped engineering tasks that align with project plans.

• Configure and provide support for Microsoft Intune and core M365 services.

• Implement and uphold endpoint security configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to Microsoft 365 and/or endpoint management.

• Strong hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune.

• Experience managing Windows (primary), along with familiarity in managing macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android at scale.

• Practical experience in implementing or supporting endpoint security controls (Defender for Endpoint, Intune endpoint security, BitLocker, ASR).

• Proficient PowerShell skills and familiarity with Microsoft Graph.
